We are explicitly not responsible for delivery delays caused by postal carriers, weather anomalies, customs processing, or force majeure events outside our direct operational control.

Once we transfer your package to the shipping carrier, legal title to the goods and the risk of loss passes entirely to you as the consumer. For structural damage or fulfillment errors, please contact support@trueunicorntcg.com in accordance with our reporting guidelines.
