Cancellation policy

Pre-Order Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel a pre-order for a full refund before we begin shipping preparation.

Once shipping preparation begins but before we create a shipping label, voluntary cancellations are subject to a 25% restocking fee calculated on the canceled merchandise subtotal.

Once a shipping label has been created, we no longer accept voluntary cancellations.

True Unicorn TCG, LLC may cancel a pre-order at any time and will refund the full pre-order amount.

These terms do not limit cancellation or refund rights required by applicable law, including rights relating to delayed or unfulfilled orders.
