Refund policy

True Unicorn TCG, LLC sells collectible trading card products, including sealed Pokémon TCG products, booster packs, Elite Trainer Boxes, collection boxes, premium collections, and raw singles.

Due to the collectible nature of trading card products and market price volatility, sealed product sales are final once shipped. We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, market price changes, dissatisfaction with card pulls, or opened sealed product.

Card pull rates are randomized by the manufacturer. Specific cards, rarities, or hits are never guaranteed.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or affected by a fulfillment error, please contact us at trueunicorntcg@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review the situation and work toward a fair resolution.

Orders may be canceled before shipment when possible. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Return eligibility, refunds, replacements, or other resolutions are handled at the discretion of True Unicorn TCG, LLC and may depend on the condition of the item, shipping status, and the details of the issue.
