True Unicorn TCG, LLC ships collectible trading card products from Russellville, Arkansas.
Processing Time
We strive to process and ship orders within 1–2 business days after payment is completed.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding postal holidays and major holidays. Processing times may be longer during high-volume periods, live show events, severe weather, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances outside our control.
Shipping Methods
Available shipping options and rates are shown at checkout. Shipping carriers and services may vary depending on the order size, weight, destination, and selected shipping method.
Once an order is shipped, tracking information will be provided when available.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed by True Unicorn TCG, LLC.
Once a package is handed to the carrier, delivery timing is controlled by the carrier. We are not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, misroutes, or other delivery issues outside our control.
Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
True Unicorn TCG, LLC is not responsible for delayed, lost, or returned packages caused by incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address information.
If an order is returned to us because of an address issue, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be reshipped.
Packaging
We package trading card products with care to help protect them during shipment.
Sealed products, singles, card lots, graded cards, and other collectibles may be packaged differently depending on item type, order size, and shipping method.
Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at:

We will review the situation and work toward a fair resolution based on the order details, carrier tracking, and available information.
Local Pickup
Local pickup is not available unless specifically offered at checkout or arranged in advance by True Unicorn TCG, LLC.
